Georgia Southern Alum to be honored | News

STATESBORO, GA (WTOC) - Joshua Combs, a recent graduate from Georgia Southern University Summa Cum Laude, will be honored at an international rising talent showcase in Orlando on June 29. 

The ARTS, Applause Rising Talent Showcase, is a well respected family oriented event, offering substantial exposure to top industry professionals and agents from Hollywood, Atlanta, New York City, Miami, Chicago and more. After many years of launching talent, Applause now produces an international showcase in Orlando, bringing in agents, castings, managers and producers worldwide to meet aspiring talent from as far away as Australia, South Africa, Newfoundland, as well as the U.S.

The ARTS is launching a new program highlighting success stories of individuals who have achieved great things beyond what Hollywood could offer. Joshua Combs is the first of two inductees to receive this award.

Combs will begin law school at Emory University School of Law in August.
