GSU Festival of Trees kicks off Thursday

STATESBORO, GA (WTOC) - Georgia Southern is kicking off their 5th annual Festival of Trees Thursday.

The holiday tradition features custom-designed themed Christmas trees, wreaths and gingerbread houses. Many of the holiday items are being raffled to help children and families in Bulloch County through Toys for Tots and Christmas in the Boro.

Admission to the Georgia Southern Festival of Trees is free. Stop by the Nessmith-Lane Conference Center, 847 Plant Dr. in Statesboro during the hours of 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Nov. 15 and 16, and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Nov. 17.
